Kitka, a stray cat with a mischievous streak, is looking for a place to call home. Despite the penguins' initial reluctance to take her in, they eventually warm up to her after she proves herself useful on a mission. However, things quickly go awry when Kitka's true nature is revealed - she's actually a double agent working for the nefarious Dr. Blowhole.
With the penguins' trust shattered and Kitka vying for control of their sub, the team must come up with a plan to outsmart her and foil Dr. Blowhole's evil plot. Along the way, they'll encounter a wacky cast of characters, including a group of singing lemurs and a fierce feline warrior named Cleo.
