The team investigates a bookshop in modern day Gloucester that is merely a facade over a centuries-old building. Reports of paranormal activity include books flying off the shelf and mysterious patrons that disappear. The spirit medium feels a pull to investigate the whole building and communicates with a woman who had a tragic death. In part two the team investigates a home in Chipping Sodbury with reports of a whistling spirit.
