As Ozzy and Sharon prepare to leave for their summer tour, they realize they need someone to take care of their dogs while they're away. The couple enlists the help of their friends Rob and Sharon to take care of the pooches, but things quickly go awry when the dogs refuse to cooperate. Meanwhile, Jack and Kelly decide to throw a party while their parents are out of town, leading to chaos and destruction throughout the house. As the Osbournes attempt to get everything back under control, they are faced with a series of hilarious mishaps and unexpected challenges.
