In the episode A Knight to Remember of The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh season 3, the gang decides to put on a medieval fair. Excited to showcase their creativity and get into character, they each choose an emblem to represent themselves. Pooh picks a honey pot, Rabbit chooses a carrot, and Tigger, of course, goes for a bouncing ball.
As they are setting up their booths, they hear a commotion and discover that Eeyore has been made the king of the fair. Eeyore, who didn't even know he was in the running, is flabbergasted but accepts his new role.
The group soon receives a visit from a knight in shining armor who is on a quest to rescue his beloved princess from a dragon who has locked her up in a tower. Pooh and friends offer to help, but the knight is skeptical of their ability to help him as they are just "silly animals."
Undeterred, the gang decides to prove themselves to the knight and sets off on their own adventure. Along the way, they encounter many challenges including navigating a maze, crossing a rickety bridge, and facing off against a fierce dragon.
Despite their obstacles, they are determined to rescue the princess and eventually come up with a clever plan to outwit the dragon and save the day. Of course, with the help of their trusty friend, Christopher Robin.
In the end, the knight is grateful and apologizes for underestimating Pooh and his friends. They all share a hearty laugh and continue with their medieval fair, but not before Eeyore steps down from the throne and crowns the knight as the new king.
The episode wraps up with a lesson about the importance of teamwork and never underestimating anyone regardless of how they may appear on the surface. It's a fun-filled episode that showcases the lovable nature of Pooh and his friends and leaves viewers feeling warm and fuzzy inside.
