Ep 9. Monkey See, Monkey Do Better
- October 29, 1988
Pooh and his friends meet a mischievous monkey named Kessie who is causing trouble all throughout the Hundred Acre Wood. Kessie is very playful, and often imitates the actions of others in the forest. When Tigger decides to play a game of "monkey see, monkey do," Kessie takes it to the extreme and begins imitating some dangerous behaviors that could result in harm to herself or others. Worried about Kessie's safety, Pooh, Tigger, and the other inhabitants of the Hundred Acre Wood band together to teach her the difference between good and bad imitation, and how to make better choices in her everyday life. Along the way, they discover that Kessie comes from a distant land, and has been looking for a family to call her own. With the help of her new friends, Kessie learns a valuable lesson about responsibility, and what it means to be part of a family. Meanwhile, Owl tries and fails to find a new hobby, and ends up causing more trouble than he intends.
