Ep 18. Val's Boyfriend

In this episode of The Nanny, titled "Val's Boyfriend," we see Val struggling with her relationship with her boyfriend, Fred. She confides in Fran that she wants him to be more romantic and show her that he cares, but he just doesn't seem to get it.
