In The Nanny season 2 episode 3, titled "Everybody Needs a Bubby," Fran continues to bond with the Sheffield children while attempting to navigate her complicated relationship with their father, Maxwell Sheffield.
With the help of her one-of-a-kind grandmother, Yetta, Fran organizes a surprise Bar Mitzvah for the Sheffield's youngest child, Gracie. However, tensions rise when Maxwell's mother, Sarah, comes to visit and clashes with Fran's outgoing personality.
Meanwhile, Fran also struggles with her feelings for Maxwell when he asks her to be his date for an important event, but she fears that it may just be a business arrangement. Adding to the drama, C.C. Babcock, Maxwell's business partner and romantic interest, also tries to step in and sabotage Fran's chances with the handsome widower.
In the midst of all the chaos and mixed emotions, Fran turns to Yetta for guidance, and the wise grandmother encourages her to follow her heart and take a chance on love.
As always, The Nanny delivers plenty of laughs, heartwarming moments, and memorable characters, making "Everybody Needs a Bubby" another must-watch episode of the beloved sitcom.
