Watch The Morning After

The morning after is a TV show. This show is presented by and elderly man of about 70 years. The show talks about you job and your commitment to it. He says he started the show because he noticed that people do not do the kind of jobs they like but rather do anything that can give them finances.

In his shows, the presenter talks about job satisfaction. He says job satisfaction is a vital part in your selection of the kind of job you want to do. You know you spend more time in your job place that in your house.

Sometimes you spend as much as 16 hours in your job place. Take for example, you are working somewhere as a certified nursing assistant. And you only took this job because you needed to make some money to help you out with your numerous financial problems. And then you have to work for 16 hours a day. How will you feel. You will be bored of course. Why? Because there is no job satisfaction.

He goes ahead to say that, job satisfaction comes from something you love doing. And when you are performing that job you can never be bored because that is what you like doing. It gives you pleasure and a sense of fulfillment. But the reverse is also true. No job satisfaction no fulfillment.

And so the advice he gives is that, we should try and look for the jobs that we love. The jobs that will being our abilities out. The jobs that will helps us climb the promotion ladder very fast. You know, if you do not like your job and you are only doing it because you need money to pay your bills, it will take a lot of time for you to grow in that job because it is not your area of specialty.
