It's that time of year again - Thanksgiving! And in this episode of The Middle, the Hecks are gearing up for their eighth annual Thanksgiving feast. As always, Frankie is stressing out and trying to make everything perfect for her family, while Mike is trying to maintain his laid-back demeanor and keep everyone calm.
Meanwhile, Axl is feeling the pressure of his upcoming interview for a job with a big tech company, and is trying to study while also pitching in with the Thanksgiving preparations. Brick, on the other hand, is more interested in trying to get to level 31 on his new video game than in helping out.
As the family gathers to celebrate, tensions run high as usual - especially when Sue brings a new boyfriend to the dinner. And when things inevitably start to go wrong - the turkey doesn't cook all the way through, the tablecloth gets stained, and the power goes out - the Hecks must band together to salvage the holiday.
Through it all, though, they remember what's really important: being together as a family and giving thanks for all they have. And in the end, they manage to pull off another successful (if slightly chaotic) Thanksgiving dinner.
This episode is full of laughs, heartwarming moments, and relatable family dynamics that will leave viewers feeling thankful for their own loved ones.
