Episode Description: Sorry Not Sorry is the 14th episode of season 8 of the popular American family sitcom, The Middle. In this episode, the Heck family is faced with a series of awkward apologies and unspoken resentments. Frankie (played by Patricia Heaton) is forced to confront her own parenting mistakes after seeing how well her friend Nancy's (played by Faith Ford) children have turned out, while Sue (played by Eden Sher) struggles to apologize to her ex-boyfriend Jeremy (played by Will Green) after mistakenly breaking up with him. Meanwhile, Axl (played by Charlie McDermott) attempts to apologize to Cassidy (played by Galadriel Stineman) after abandoning her during their road trip, and Brick (played by Atticus Shaffer) tries to make amends with his classmates after accidentally stealing a book from the school library. As the family comes to terms with their mistakes and learns the value of apologies, they are reminded that sometimes saying sorry is the best thing they can do to move forward.
