Frankie and Mike are excited to attend the homecoming game at their alma mater, while Sue tries to convince her fellow wrestlers that her boyfriend, Matt, is taking steroids to enhance his performance. Meanwhile, Axl tries to impress his ex-girlfriend, Morgan, by pretending that his college experience is amazing and Brick is excited to be old enough to get a fun-sounding job. As the family heads back to their hometown for the weekend, chaos ensues as they each try to navigate their own personal struggles and come to terms with their own shortcomings.
