Ep 6. Meets The Rot Squad

Ms. Frizzle takes her class on a field trip to a composting plant to learn about the process of decomposition. During the trip, Arnold complains about the smell and refuses to cooperate with the lesson. However, after being accidentally left behind, Arnold discovers a world of tiny organisms responsible for breaking down organic matter. He learns the importance of decomposition and how it contributes to new life. The class reunites and creates their own compost pile, under Arnold's newfound appreciation for the “rot squad.”
