Emma and Thayer devise a plan to save Ethan, but Rebecca and Sutton are one step ahead. Sutton enters the family court hearing claiming she is Rebecca, causing Emma and Thayer's plan to fall apart. Meanwhile, Laurel discovers a secret about Madeline that could impact her case against Derek. Jordan continues to try and win back Laurel's affection, but his efforts may be in vain as Laurel begins to question their relationship.
