The Looney Tunes Show season 2 episode 9, titled "It's a Handbag!," follows the playful and wacky adventures of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and their lovable friends as they try to solve a mystery surrounding a luxurious handbag that Daffy found on the street.
As the episode begins, Daffy is elated to find a high-end handbag on the sidewalk. He immediately sees the opportunity to impress his on-again off-again love interest, Tina Russo. Bugs, on the other hand, is not as thrilled. He realizes the handbag belongs to somebody else and that they need to find and return it to its rightful owner. Bugs suggests that they take the bag to the Lost and Found, but Daffy stubbornly refuses, tasking himself with finding the owner himself.
Daffy's attempt to find the owner doesn't go as smoothly as he planned, and he manages to get himself and Bugs into some trouble along the way, including a hilarious encounter with a feisty elderly lady who mistakes Daffy as a thief and a sweet but clueless lady who doesn't seem to know what a handbag is.
Meanwhile, Yosemite Sam, who has been on the lookout for his missing mother's missing handbag, is convinced that Daffy has stolen it. In an attempt to get back what he believes is rightfully his, he enlists the help of his friend Foghorn Leghorn.
As the search for the owner continues, Bugs and Daffy find themselves in increasingly absurd situations, culminating in a flashy fashion show put on by none other than Lola Bunny. The show turns out to be the key to uncovering the identity of the handbag's owner, and Bugs and Daffy race to return it before Yosemite Sam and Foghorn Leghorn can catch up to them.
In the end, the mystery of the handbag is solved, and the owner is reunited with her belongings. Bugs and Daffy, however, are left to deal with the consequences of their mischief, as they are chased out of the fashion show by a group of angry models.
Filled with quirky humor, colorful animation, and unforgettable characters, "It's a Handbag!" is a delightful addition to The Looney Tunes Show's second season.
