Ep 8. Devil Dog

In The Looney Tunes Show Season 1 Episode 8, titled "Devil Dog," we see Bugs and Daffy taking care of Taz's pet dog, Poochie. Poochie is a cute little pup when he's with Taz, but as soon as Taz leaves him in the care of the two friends, Poochie turns into a destructive, wild beast. Bugs and Daffy struggle to control Poochie, and things start to get out of hand when the dog causes chaos in the neighborhood.

Meanwhile, Yosemite Sam is trying to sell a pair of boots to Granny. He tells her that the boots are magical, and they'll do anything she wants them to do. Granny is skeptical, but she agrees to buy the boots when Sam offers her a money-back guarantee. Sam, being the sly character that he is, knows that he can sell Granny anything, even if it's not magical.

As Bugs and Daffy try to deal with Poochie's destruction, they come up with a plan to tire him out. They take him to a park and play fetch with him until he's completely worn out. However, when they bring him back to the house, they realize that Poochie has disappeared. They search the neighborhood for him, but he's nowhere to be found.

Just when they think that they've lost Poochie forever, they hear a strange noise coming from the backyard. They find Poochie hiding behind a bush, and he looks different. It turns out that Poochie had eaten a batch of super-hot hot sauce, and now he's on fire (figuratively speaking). Bugs and Daffy try to put him out, but nothing seems to work.

Meanwhile, Granny is having a blast with her new magical boots. She can do anything with them - fly, run super-fast, and even turn invisible. However, when she tries to show off her new abilities to her friends, things start to go wrong. She accidentally flies into a tree and gets stuck, and when she tries to turn invisible, she ends up losing one of her boots.

Back at the house, Bugs and Daffy finally manage to put out Poochie's fire, but now he's even more hyper than before. They decide to take him to the pet store to get some professional help. The pet store owner suggests that they take Poochie to a dog obedience school, where he can learn how to behave properly.

While Poochie is at school, Bugs and Daffy decide to take a break and relax by the pool. However, their relaxation is short-lived when they realize that they forgot to pick up Poochie from school. They rush over to the school to get him, but they arrive just in time to see him graduate. Poochie has learned all the obedience tricks, and he's now a well-behaved dog.

In the end, everything works out for everyone. Granny realizes that the boots were not magical after all, but she still enjoys wearing them. Poochie is now a well-behaved pup, and Bugs and Daffy can finally breathe a sigh of relief. It's a fun-filled episode that showcases the silly antics of the beloved Looney Tunes characters.
