As night falls, the terrorists prepare to carry out their attack. Xiaojing tries to sabotage their plan by making noise and alerting the guards. He manages to distract them long enough for Ziyu to sneak in and disable the bombs. The terrorists are caught by the authorities, and the attack is prevented once again.

The episode ends with Xiaojing and Ziyu sharing a moment of relief and gratitude for each other's help. The city can finally breathe a sigh of relief, but the threat of terrorism still lingers. The authorities vow to continue their efforts to keep the city safe.

"Yin and Yang intertwined" is a tense and suspenseful episode that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. The characters are well developed and the relationships between them are nuanced and complex. The action sequences are well choreographed and the overall production quality of the show is top-notch.
