In the eighth episode of the third season of The Lion Guard, titled "Rafiki's New Neighbors," the beloved baboon Rafiki gets some new neighbors in the Pride Lands, prompting excitement and curiosity among the animals. Kion and his friends decide to check out the newcomers and welcome them to their home.
The new neighbors turn out to be a family of hyraxes, small and cute creatures that resemble rabbits. Rafiki is thrilled to have them close by, and he and the Lion Guard make sure to make them feel welcomed by showing them around the Pride Lands and introducing them to their many animal friends.
However, not everyone is as pleased about the hyraxes' arrival. The Lion Guard soon finds out that Janja and his hyena cronies have their sights set on the hyraxes as a potential source of food. As always, the Lion Guard steps up to protect their fellow animals and prevent any harm from coming to the new neighbors.
Throughout the episode, the group learns important lessons about acceptance, diversity, and the importance of protecting one another. Rafiki, in particular, serves as a wise and gentle guide throughout the adventure, helping Kion and his friends navigate the unfamiliar territory of welcoming new animals to the Pride Lands.
As always, the show is full of heart, humor, and stunning animation, making "Rafiki's New Neighbors" a must-watch for fans of The Lion Guard and anyone who loves a good tale of friendship and adventure.
