The Lion Guard season 1 episode 12, titled "The Mbali Fields Migration," follows Kion and his team as they help a herd of zebras migrate to the Mbali Fields during a drought. The Lion Guard is tasked with keeping predators at bay as the zebras make their way to the fields.

Throughout the episode, Kion and his friends face challenges and obstacles. At one point, a group of hyenas tries to attack the herd of zebras, but the Lion Guard is able to scare them away. Later on, a group of vultures tries to attack a lone zebra, but Kion and Bunga come to the zebra's rescue.

As the journey continues, the zebras become tired and thirsty. Kion and his friends realize that they need to find a water source to keep the zebras going. They eventually find a small pond, but it's not enough to sustain the whole herd. Kion then remembers a song that his grandfather taught him, which tells of a secret watering hole. Kion and his team set out to find this watering hole.

Along the way, they encounter Makucha the leopard, who is determined to hunt down and kill the zebras. Kion and his friends are able to fend off Makucha and continue their search for the watering hole.

Eventually, they come across a cave that leads to the watering hole. However, the cave is filled with bats, making it difficult for the Lion Guard to get through. Ono, the team's kestrel, comes up with a plan to use his keen eyesight to guide the zebras through the cave safely.

As the zebras start to drink from the watering hole, Kion realizes that the Lion Guard's job isn't finished yet. The watering hole had been guarded by a large crocodile named Makuu, who is not pleased with the zebras drinking from his territory. Kion confronts Makuu and manages to persuade him to allow the zebras to drink from the watering hole.

From there, the Lion Guard leads the zebras to the Mbali Fields, where they can safely graze and thrive. The episode ends with Kion realizing that his grandfather's teachings have helped him become a great leader and protector of the Pride Lands.

Overall, "The Mbali Fields Migration" is a heartwarming episode that emphasizes the importance of helping others during tough times. Kion and his friends work together to ensure the safety and well-being of the zebras, even in the face of danger and adversity. The episode also features catchy songs and delightful animation, making it a joy to watch for both kids and adults.
