On September 10th, 2018, The Late Late Show with James Corden aired its fourth episode of the fourth season featuring three guests; Rob Lowe, Leighton Meester, and Poppy.
Rob Lowe, an American actor known for his roles in "The West Wing", "Parks and Recreation" and "St. Elmo's Fire", joined James Corden on the show. Leighton Meester, an American actress and singer best known for her role as Blair Waldorf in the hit television series "Gossip Girl," also appeared on the show. Meester talked about her new show "Single Parents," which premiered on ABC that fall. She also played a game with James Corden called "Leighton or California," where she had to guess whether the given name is a California city or a character she has played.
Poppy, a British singer-songwriter, actress and YouTube personality, also appeared on the show. Poppy talked about her new album "Am I a Girl?" and performed her song "Time is Up." Poppy also participated in a game with James Corden where she had to guess the lyrics to popular songs that were translated into Japanese and then back into English.
