Ep 5. Name Dropper

Doug and Carrie run into an old acquaintance from college, Sally, who Carrie was once close friends with. As they catch up, Sally constantly drops the names of famous people she knows, leaving Carrie feeling inadequate in comparison. Meanwhile, Arthur helps Spence sell his sci-fi screenplay to a producer, but things get complicated when a big-time director shows interest in the script. Doug begins to worry about Carrie's newfound inferiority complex, and tries to help her feel better by inviting Sally over for dinner. However, the evening takes a turn for the worse when Sally's constant name-dropping drives everyone at the table crazy. Eventually, Carrie confronts Sally about her behavior and the two come to a realization about the importance of true friendship.
