Ep 20. Lush Life

Doug and Carrie's friends, Deacon and Kelly, are expecting a baby, and they invite the couple over for a night of non-alcoholic fun. However, Doug and Carrie are not thrilled with the idea of babysitting their drunk friends and decide to go to a fancy bar instead. While there, they run into some old college friends who pressure them into drinking. They wake up the next morning with no memory of the previous night and the realization that they spent a lot of money. They try to return some of the items they bought while drunk, but they quickly realize that it won't be possible. Meanwhile, Deacon and Kelly are having a hard time adjusting to their new life as parents and call Doug and Carrie for help. The couple, still feeling the effects of their drunken night, try to help out but end up making things worse. The episode ends with Doug and Carrie realizing that they need to start acting more responsibly and be there for their friends who are going through a major life change.
