Ep 11. Depo Man

Doug is summoned for jury duty and ends up being selected as the foreman for a case that lasts several days. Despite the high stakes and pressure of the case, Doug can't seem to focus as he's consumed with anxiety about a little-known office ritual that he forgot to take care of before leaving for jury duty - making a deposit for the IPS drivers' gambling pool.

While Doug is busy with the trial, Carrie tries to take care of it for him but ends up getting sidetracked by the intimidating IPS workers and their over-the-top personalities. She ultimately enlists the help of Spence, who is more than willing to help - as long as Carrie agrees to a date with him.

Meanwhile, Arthur takes advantage of Doug's absence to try and coax Carrie into letting him store his old junk in their garage, leading to a comical showdown between the two of them over who gets to use the space.

As the trial drags on, Doug's anxiety about the gambling pool increases, especially after he overhears jurors discussing their bets on the outcome of the case. Determined to make things right, he goes to great lengths to sneak out of the courthouse and make the deposit, only to run into unexpected obstacles along the way.

In the end, Doug manages to both fulfill his responsibilities as foreman and take care of the deposit, but not before a series of misadventures that leave him exhausted and embarrassed. As he and Carrie settle in for the night, they reflect on the crazy events of the day and reaffirm their love for each other, knowing that no matter what life throws their way, they'll always have each other's backs.
