Ep 12. Florence Gets Lucky

In The Jeffersons Season 4 Episode 12, titled "Florence Gets Lucky," George invites his friend and business associate Franklin over to the Jeffersons' apartment for dinner. However, George's wife Louise is not thrilled about the invitation because she finds Franklin to be a bit obnoxious.

Meanwhile, Florence, the Jeffersons' sassy maid, is feeling down on her luck because she hasn't had a date in a while. She confides in her friend Tom, who suggests that she try going out with a guy he knows - a man named Carl who works in the building.

Florence is hesitant at first, but eventually agrees to go on a date with Carl. However, when Tom introduces the two of them, Florence realizes that Carl is actually a little person - and she's worried about what the Jeffersons will think.

Despite her reservations, Florence decides to go through with the date. And to her surprise, she hits it off with Carl and has a great time. When she returns home, she is beaming with happiness and tells the Jeffersons all about her date.

Meanwhile, George and Franklin are drinking and smoking cigars after dinner, and Franklin starts to act even more obnoxious. Louise can't take it anymore and tells George that she wants Franklin to leave. George finally agrees and kicks Franklin out of the apartment.

As the night comes to a close, Florence continues to gush about Carl to the Jeffersons. And even though George and Louise weren't thrilled about Franklin's presence, they're happy that Florence had a good time on her date.
