For over twenty years, Rowdy Roddy Piper and his family have been living in the country outside Portland, Oregon to isolate themselves from the increasingly violent fans of Roddy's wrestling nemesis, Hulk Hogan. Now that things have calmed down, the family is looking for a new place in the city.
