The Gumby Show: The Complete 50s Series season 3 episode 13, titled "Denali's House / Humbug," follows the adventures of Gumby and his friends as they seek out new experiences and overcome challenges.
In "Denali's House," Gumby and Pokey visit the home of Denali the Moose, one of Gumby's closest friends. As they explore the house, they discover a mysterious room filled with treasures from Denali's travels around the world. Despite Denali's warning not to touch anything, Gumby and Pokey can't resist the temptation to play with the various artifacts. However, their curiosity gets the best of them when they accidentally break a valuable item. In order to make things right, they must find a way to repair the damage before Denali returns home.
In "Humbug," Gumby and Pokey encounter an injured bird while on a walk in the woods. They take it back to Gumby's house to nurse it back to health, but soon discover that caring for a wild animal is not as easy as they thought. The bird, a grumpy old crow named Humbug, is difficult to please and constantly makes demands on Gumby and Pokey. Despite their frustration, they continue to care for the bird, determined to see it through to full recovery. In the end, their kindness pays off when Humbug takes a liking to them and decides to stay with them permanently.
Throughout both episodes, viewers are treated to the charming stop-motion animation and inventive storytelling that has made The Gumby Show a beloved classic for generations. Gumby, Pokey, and their friends continue to inspire and delight with their imaginative adventures.
