The Great British Bake Off is a popular television show that brings together cooks of all levels to complete in a series of baking challenges. In season 8 episode 3, the competitors face their toughest challenge yet during Bread Week.

As the judges set the bar high, they challenge the bakers to create a variety of unusual breads such as Ciabatta, Foccacia and Challah. To take their baking to the next level, they offer each contestant a comprehensive baking masterclass, providing them with the skills they need to attempt the specialist recipes.

Throughout the episode, the judges test the competitors' abilities to knead, shape and prove bread dough, along with demonstrating their ability to add spices, fruits, nuts and other ingredients to enhance the flavors of the finished products. The contestants are also challenged to use their creativity to design elaborate bread sculptures that will impress the judges. The results are impressive and the competition fierce.

As the bakers take on the challenges the pressure starts to mount and the tension builds leading to some hilarious moments and unexpected surprises. From dough that refuses to rise, burnt bread and ingenious and beautifully crafted bread sculptures, the episode shows the varied skills and unique personalities of each contender.
