The Great British Bake Off season 10 episode 3 is titled "Bread Week" and features the remaining contestants taking on a variety of challenges centered around bread baking.

In the Signature Challenge, the bakers must make filled tear-and-share breads, which require the contestants to not only create a delicious bread dough but also come up with an appealing filling to be dispersed throughout the bread. Contestants will be judged on the texture and flavor of their bread dough and filling, as well as the presentation of the final product.

Next, in the Technical Challenge, the bakers are tasked with creating a batch of six identical burger buns, requiring them to showcase their skills in both dough-making and shaping. Contestants will be given a recipe with minimal instructions, and they must rely on their understanding of bread making techniques to create a perfectly baked and shaped bun.

Finally, for the Showstopper Challenge, the bakers must create an edible centerpiece made entirely out of bread, pushing their creativity and skill to the limit. Contestants will be judged on the visual impact of their centerpiece, as well as the texture, flavor, and technical proficiency displayed in the bread.

Throughout the episode, viewers can expect to see a range of bread-making techniques, from sourdough to enriched dough, and contestants will be challenged to create unique flavor combinations and eye-catching presentations. As always, judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will be on hand to offer critiques and advice to the bakers, while hosts Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig provide comic relief and moral support.
