In the sixth episode of the first season of The Gong Show, three celebrity judges—Chelsea Handler, Will Arnett, and Ken Marino—join host Tommy Maitland to watch a variety of wacky and bizarre acts performed by aspiring entertainers.

The episode kicks off with a comedic dance routine by the "Nerd Circus," featuring a group of nerdy characters in colorful jumpsuits doing synchronized movements to techno music. While they don't impress all the judges, Ken Marino seems to appreciate their unique brand of humor.

Next up is a rock band called "The E.T.'s," who dress up in alien costumes and perform an energetic song about extraterrestrial life. Although they receive some positive feedback from the judges, they ultimately get gonged by Ken Marino for their lackluster musical skills.

Following The E.T.'s, we meet a young contortionist named "Snake Boy," who bends his body into mind-boggling positions while dressed in a snake costume. The judges are clearly impressed by his flexibility and give him high marks for his performance.

Another standout act in this episode is a group of acrobats called "The Hot Quads," who balance on top of each other in precarious arrangements while wearing tight shorts and crop tops. Although their act is impressive, Will Arnett can't seem to get over their outfit choices.

The episode also features a few "X-rated" acts that push the boundaries of what's considered family-friendly entertainment. One such act is a burlesque dancer named "Gin Fizz," who strips down to pasties and underwear while performing a sultry number. Although her routine is undeniably sexy, the judges are split on whether it's appropriate for prime-time TV.

As always, there are a few acts that don't quite hit the mark. A group of "bird enthusiasts" attempting to train a parrot to talk and do tricks fall flat, and a woman who attempts to juggle flaming torches ends up injuring herself in the process.

Throughout the episode, Tommy Maitland provides his signature irreverent commentary, cracking jokes and bantering with the judges. His over-the-top British accent and wacky personality only add to the show's zany and unpredictable nature.

Overall, fans of The Gong Show will not be disappointed by this episode, which delivers plenty of laughs, gasps, and surprises. Whether you're a fan of comedy, music, or just bizarre acts in general, there's something for everyone in this wacky and entertaining show.
