Ep 22. Job Hunting

Blanche is feeling down after getting rejected for a job that she really wanted. The rest of the girls try to cheer her up and suggest that they all go out and try to find jobs together. Dorothy comes up with the idea to start their own business, and they begin brainstorming different ideas.

Meanwhile, Rose is having trouble finding a job because of her lack of experience. She starts to feel like she will never find anything, but Sophia reminds her that she has valuable life skills that she can offer an employer.

As the girls search for jobs, they encounter various obstacles such as age discrimination and sexism. They stick together and support each other through the frustrations.

Eventually, they come up with the idea to start a catering business and put all of their different skills to use. They start getting clients and the business takes off.

The episode ends with the girls celebrating their success and feeling proud of what they have accomplished together.
