Beverly senses that Murray is feeling down and tries to make him a scrapbook of all the special memories they've shared over the years. However, when Erica comes to help with the scrapbook, she discovers that Murray has been lying to Beverly about attending his weekly lodge meetings and secretly going to a local pub instead. Meanwhile, Adam and Barry try to create a new Halloween costume for Adam's Dungeons and Dragons-inspired alter ego, "Bormir." The boys recruit Erica to help make the costume but they end up getting into a heated argument over what the costume should look like. Meanwhile, Pops helps Adam navigate the tricky world of teenage romance when he overhears Adam talking to his crush, Dana, on the phone.
