Ep 4. Moonlighting

Jim Longworth returns in the second season of The Glades with a new case that takes him to a moonlit Miami Beach. When a beautiful woman is found dead in her beachfront condo, the evidence points to a wealthy businessman with a history of domestic violence. But when Longworth uncovers a web of lies, secrets, and blackmail that leads him to a former rival attorney, he realizes that the case is far from closed.

As Longworth and his team dig deeper, they discover a network of moonlighting escorts who may hold the key to solving the murder. With the help of a street-smart ex-con and a resourceful teenage girl, Longworth navigates the seedy underworld of Miami nightlife to catch a killer who will stop at nothing to keep his secrets hidden.

As the investigation heats up, Longworth also finds himself facing personal challenges. His relationship with Callie, the hospital administrator he is dating, becomes strained when she learns the truth about his past. Meanwhile, his sparring partner, FDLE agent Samantha Harper, seems to be hiding something, and Longworth wonders if he can trust her.

As the pieces of the puzzle come together, Longworth finds himself caught in a complex web of deceit, corruption, and violence. With time running out, he must use all his wits and instincts to solve the case and bring the killer to justice. But in a world where nothing is as it seems, can he trust his own instincts?
