Ep 10. Swamp Thing

As Jim Longworth and Carlos Sanchez step deep into the swamp to investigate the murder of a local ranger, they find themselves up against everything from snakebites to quicksand. The ranger's body was discovered by one of his employees, who is now under suspicion. But as Longworth delves deeper into the case, he uncovers a tangled web of secrets and resentments that lead him to question the motives of everyone from the victim's friends and family to his fellow rangers.

As always, Longworth's unconventional techniques draw criticism from his superiors, but he proves his worth as he works tirelessly to get to the bottom of the case, even as his life is put in danger by the unforgiving swamp environment. Meanwhile, his relationship with Callie takes a turn for the better, but a surprising twist threatens to throw a wrench in their budding romance.
