After being gone for weeks, Reed finally returns to the Mutant Underground with information on the Inner Circle and their plans for the Purifiers. The group rallies together to infiltrate a Purifier summit in hopes of stopping their violent anti-mutant agenda.

Meanwhile, Lauren faces her own struggles as she tries to control her destructive powers and keep them from harming those around her. Andy also wrestles with his own moral compass and ultimately makes a decision that could have major consequences.

As tensions rise and loyalties are tested, the Mutant Underground members must deal with their inner demons while also fighting against external threats.
