Ep 13. The Turnip Twist

Molly and Scratch have planned to make a scarecrow for the upcoming harvest festival, but their plans go awry when they discover that the farm's turnip crop has been destroyed by pesky rabbits. Molly comes up with the idea to use the scarecrow to scare away the rabbits, but Scratch has other ideas. He believes that the scarecrow could come to life and they could teach it to dance the Twist to scare away the rabbits. Molly is skeptical, but Scratch convinces her to try it out.
Together, they set to work, and before they know it, the scarecrow comes to life! They teach it to dance, and it quickly becomes a hit with the other scarecrows in the field. However, as they dance the night away, they notice that the rabbits are still feeding on the crops. Scratch then realizes that the scarecrow, despite its dancing abilities, is still just a scarecrow and cannot actually scare away the rabbits.
Feeling defeated, Molly and Scratch decide to call it a night and head back to the McGee household. However, on their way back, they hear strange noises coming from the fields. They go to investigate and find that the turnips have miraculously grown back overnight, and the rabbits have mysteriously disappeared. They soon realize that the scarecrow, with its lively dancing, has attracted a group of hungry rabbits who have ended up eating the turnips unknowingly.
Molly and Scratch are overjoyed at the success of their plan and celebrate with a victory dance. However, their joy is short-lived as they realize that they still need to come up with a new plan for the upcoming harvest festival. They decide to put their heads together and brainstorm a new idea, but not before they both break into a spontaneous Turnip Twist dance in the middle of the field.
In the end, Molly and Scratch learn the valuable lesson that sometimes the simplest solutions are the most effective. They also realize that even a scarecrow can bring unexpected joy and excitement to those around it. The episode ends with the duo excitedly anticipating their next adventure together.
