S5 E8 - Go West, Young Lady
In this episode of The Gene Autry Show, our hero Gene Autry finds himself in the middle of a love triangle. A young woman named Betty Lou arrives in town to visit her brother, who is a local judge. However, Betty Lou is also being courted by two different suitors, causing some tension in the small western town.
Gene attempts to mediate the situation, but things only become more complicated when a group of outlaws arrive in town. The outlaws are after Betty Lou's father, who they believe has a map leading to a hidden gold mine. Betty Lou's father is missing, and the outlaws are determined to find him and the map, no matter the cost.
As Gene and the other town members try to protect Betty Lou and her family from the dangerous outlaws, Betty Lou must also make a decision about which suitor she will choose.
