Will is excited to compete in the annual Soul Train dance competition at a local club, and he persuades the rest of the family to participate as well. However, the Banks family quickly realizes that they are in over their heads as they struggle to keep up with the impressive dance moves of the other competitors. Meanwhile, Carlton and Ashley team up to create a music video, but their creative differences and egos cause tension between them.
