Will is back in Philly and he's ready to party! But first, he has to take a trip down memory lane to pay his respects to his father's old mentor, Uncle Lou. Will is a bit hesitant to revisit his past, but quickly finds himself caught up in the excitement of seeing old friends and visiting familiar places. Meanwhile, back at the Banks' mansion, the family is dealing with some financial troubles. When the IRS come knocking, Uncle Phil has to take some drastic measures to save the family's fortune.
