Stef and Lena's son Brandon continues to practice piano and perform at school, catching the attention of the school's music teacher, Lou (Ashley Argota). Lou compliments Brandon's musical talent and invites him to perform at a party at her house.
As the episode progresses, Stef and Lena make the decision to take in Callie and Jude as foster children. Callie is hesitant at first, but Stef and Lena assure her that they will provide a safe and loving home for her and Jude.
