In season 3, episode 4 of The Flintstones, titled "Bowling Ballet," Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble decide to join their respective bowling teams to compete in a charity bowling tournament. However, they soon realize that they are not very good at bowling and are in danger of losing the tournament and the money they raised for charity.

In order to improve their bowling skills, Fred and Barney attend a ballet class filled with fleet-footed dancers to learn some dance techniques that might help them improve their bowling form. While the dancers laugh at Fred and Barney's initial clumsiness, they eventually warm up to them and offer them some tips on footwork, balance and coordination.

As Fred and Barney continue to train, they become more graceful and confident in their movements. But their skill at ballet does not seem to translate to their bowling abilities, and they continue to struggle in the competition. Meanwhile, their bowling rivals, who have been practicing for months, are dominating the tournament.

Desperate to find a way to win, Fred and Barney incorporate some of their ballet moves into their bowling routine. Their unorthodox approach throws their opponents off balance, and they start to make a comeback. In a dramatic finale, Fred and Barney face off against their toughest opponents, and it all comes down to the last frame.

Without spoiling the end, viewers will enjoy watching Fred and Barney's journey to improve their bowling scores and the unexpected ways they employ balletic movements in their game. The episode is packed with humor and filled with the slapstick shenanigans that have made The Flintstones such a beloved classic television show.
