As The Rival continues to terrorize the city, Barry begins to realize that his actions in creating the new timeline may have also created other unexpected consequences. One of these consequences is the appearance of a "monster" in Central City, made up of the DNA of multiple people. The team must work together to find a way to stop The Rival and the monster before they cause irreversible damage.
