Ep 7. Child's Play

Barry tries to get his powers back as he investigates a dangerous metahuman who can control technology and uses it to rob banks. Meanwhile, a young tech genius is in danger when she is kidnapped by the metahuman and forced to use her skills to commit crimes. Barry enlists the help of his friends, including Cisco and Caitlin, to rescue the girl and take down the villain. However, when another metahuman with similar abilities shows up in town, Barry begins to wonder if they are somehow connected. As he races against time to stop the villains and protect the innocent, Barry must also come to terms with his own limitations and learn to rely on his team to help him succeed.
