Timmy Turner is a young boy who has two fairly godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, that grant his wishes and create magical adventures for him. In "Wishy Washy / Poof's Play Date," the sixth season and tenth episode of Fairly OddParents, Timmy makes a series of wishes that cause chaos in his school, resulting in him needing a clean-up wish.

The episode begins with Timmy and his friends in school, where the hallways are dirty and smelly. Timmy wishes for a clean school, but Cosmo and Wanda mishear him and instead create an army of mean "cleaning" fairies who go on a rampage, destroying everything in their path. As Timmy tries to stop them, he accidentally breaks his mom's special vase. He wishes for it to be fixed, but the vase grows bigger and bigger until it becomes the size of the school. Now, Timmy needs a clean-up wish more than ever.

Meanwhile, Poof, Timmy's fairy godbrother, wants to play with another fairy baby, but Wanda doesn't want him to go to the Fairy Academy, a strict school for fairy babies. Instead, Wanda sets up a play date with another fairy baby named Foop, who is actually anti-Poof and wants to destroy him. Foop uses his powers to turn the playroom into a dangerous obstacle course, and Poof must use his baby-like imagination to save the day.

Back at school, Timmy and his friends try to clean up the mess caused by the cleaning fairies, but nothing seems to work. Timmy wishes for a clean-up wish, but when Cosmo and Wanda are unable to grant it, Timmy remembers his dad's old cleaning tool, the Wishy Washer. He wishes for the Wishy Washer to clean the school, and it does just that - but with unexpected consequences. The Wishy Washer comes to life and starts to clean everything and everyone in its path, turning them into clean, obedient robots.

As Timmy and his friends try to escape from the Wishy Washer, he realizes that he needs to take responsibility for his actions and clean up the mess himself. He and his friends manage to shut down the Wishy Washer, and Timmy uses his last wish to clean up the school, but the experience teaches him a lesson about the importance of cleaning up after himself and taking responsibility for his actions.

In the end, Poof and Foop's play date turns out to be a disaster, with Foop trying to sabotage Poof at every turn. However, Poof's playful imagination saves the day, and the two babies end up becoming friends.

"Wishy Washy / Poof's Play Date" is a fun and exciting episode of Fairly OddParents that showcases the series' unique blend of humor, heart, and magic. Timmy and his friends learn valuable lessons about responsibility and the consequences of their actions, while Poof and Foop's playful antics add a lighthearted touch to the episode. Fans of the show will love this exciting adventure and the classic Fairly OddParents humor that it brings.
