In the second part of the episode, we see Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda preparing for the biggest party in the town, "The Big Bash." It is a massive party held every year in Dimmsdale. The bash is not just about food, music, and dance, but it also includes a competition where everyone has to perform something.

Timmy sees this as an opportunity to impress Trixie and win the competition. So, he jumps on stage and announces that he will perform a magic act in the Masked Magician's place.
Without giving much thought, Timmy performs a series of random magic tricks. However, his magic goes awry, and he accidentally turns the whole town into animals. Everyone is in a frenzy, and Timmy is now in big trouble.
