Timmy's favorite superhero, Crimson Chin, is in trouble! The evil villain, H2Olga, has kidnapped the Chin's sidekick, The Golden Fin, and is threatening to drown him in her enchanted fountain. Timmy is devastated and decides to use his fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, to become Crimson Chin's new sidekick and save The Golden Fin.
But things quickly start to go wrong for Timmy. He is not a natural hero and doesn't have the skills to keep up with the Chin's quick thinking and crime-fighting abilities. In addition, H2Olga has a powerful ally: The Bronze Kneecap, a villain with super-strong legs that can kick anything. Together they make it nearly impossible for Timmy and the Chin to save The Golden Fin.
As Timmy struggles to prove himself as a worthy sidekick, he discovers that he doesn't need to be a superhero to help. Through his quick thinking and knowledge of science, he comes up with a plan to stop H2Olga and The Bronze Kneecap and save The Golden Fin from being drowned. In the end, Timmy learns that being a hero isn't about having superpowers, but about being brave and doing what's right.
