Chloe Carmichael is a ten-year-old girl who becomes Timmy Turner's fairy godparent after he wishes for someone to share his fairy duties with. In "Chloe Rules!", the tenth season's fifteenth episode, Chloe becomes fed up with Timmy's disregard for fairy protocol and his constant rule-breaking. She decides to enforce strict rules in order to keep their fairy duties in order and to prevent Timmy from getting them into trouble. However, her newfound strictness begins to have unintended consequences as their wishes start to backfire. Meanwhile, Cosmo and Wanda attempt to break Chloe out of her rule-following mentality by introducing her to their wild side.
