The Face UK follows three iconic supermodels - Naomi Campbell, Erin O'Connor and Caroline Winberg - as they compete to find the UK's next big thing in the modelling world. In Episode 3, tensions are high as the girls are put through a series of challenges that will test their modelling skills and ability to work as a team.
The episode begins with the girls arriving at a swanky London hotel for their next task. Naomi greets them with a stern warning that they must work together if they want to succeed. She reveals that their challenge is to create a high fashion editorial, but with a twist - each team must use a different coloured smoke bomb in their shoot. The girls are divided into teams of three and given a brief on the kind of shoot they must create, as well as instructions on how to effectively use the smoke bombs.
The teams set off to prepare for their shoot, each with a different vision in mind. Some of the girls struggle with the technical aspects of the challenge, while others find it difficult to communicate their ideas to their team members. Naomi keeps a watchful eye on each group, making sure that they are adhering to the brief and that they are working well together.
As the girls begin their shoot, the tension in the room is palpable. Some of the shoots go off without a hitch, while others are beset by technical difficulties. The supermodels watch from behind the scenes, offering advice and constructive criticism to help the girls improve their shoots.
Once the shoot is complete, the girls anxiously await the judges' verdict. Naomi, Erin and Caroline arrive on set to view the editorial spreads and provide feedback to the girls. They are impressed by some of the shoots, but disappointed with others. Naomi in particular is very critical of the girls' teamwork, stressing once again the importance of working together.
After deliberating, the judges reveal the winning team, who will receive a prize and immunity from elimination. The losing team is sent to the elimination room, where one girl will be sent home.
In the elimination room, the girls are given a final chance to plead their case to the judges. Each girl has a chance to speak, highlighting their strengths and pointing out their weaknesses. The judges then make their decision, and one girl is sent home.
The episode ends with the remaining girls reflecting on the challenges they've faced so far, and looking ahead to the next task. It's clear that the competition is heating up, and the girls will need to stay on their toes if they want to stay in the game.
