Ep 14. Drew and Mr. Bell's Nephew

Drew Carey is the creator and star of the hit sitcom "The Drew Carey Show," which aired for nine seasons from 1995 to 2004. In season one episode 14, titled "Drew and Mr. Bell's Nephew," Drew finds himself in an awkward situation when he is asked to look after the nephew of his boss, Mr. Bell.

As the day wears on, Nick becomes increasingly difficult to manage, and Drew starts to lose his temper. He tries to get Nick to work, but his efforts are in vain. Meanwhile, Mimi is causing chaos in the store and Drew is struggling to keep up with her antics.

In the end, Drew is forced to admit to Mr. Bell that he wasn't able to handle Nick, and Mr. Bell is disappointed in him. However, Drew is able to redeem himself by taking charge of the situation and showing that he can be responsible. He manages to get Nick to help him clean up the store after hours, and even gets Mimi to pitch in as well.

The episode ends with Drew and Nick bonding over pizza and video games, and Drew realizing that maybe his job isn't so bad after all. "Drew and Mr. Bell's Nephew" is a hilarious episode that showcases Drew Carey's comedic talents and his ability to handle even the toughest of situations.
