The winning team gets a special prize – a visit from their loved ones – while the losing team is sent off to train for the next boxing match.

Overall, "First in the Kitchen" is an enjoyable break from the usual boxing drama of The Contender. It's fun to see the fighters tackle a different challenge, and the addition of Guy Fieri adds some star power to the show. While the cooking competition might not have the same level of intensity as a boxing match, it's still exciting to watch the fighters compete and see how they handle a new type of pressure.
