Ep 12. Like a Boss

Cleveland gets the opportunity of a lifetime when he is offered to be the new manager at Waterman Cable, but it comes with a catch. His new job requires him to fire his best friend Terry, who also works at the cable company. Cleveland struggles with the decision and tries to find a way to keep Terry on board while impressing his new boss. Meanwhile, Rallo tries to break a world record and Donna recruits her friends to help her redecorate the house. As Cleveland navigates his new role as a manager, he learns what it truly means to be a boss and how to balance his personal and professional relationships.
