They do this by telling them that they have been scammed in the past and that they have no money left. O'Flanagan and Madame Shushan are convinced, and they ask the Angels to help them promote Macho 99.

The Angels agree and start promoting Macho 99 at a local fair. They give out free samples of the drink, and people start showing up in huge numbers. The drink starts to become popular, and people are buying it left and right. However, the Cleveland's Angels were still determined to put an end to the scam.

Just when O'Flanagan and Madame Shushan thought they had gotten away with their scam, Cleveland's Angels burst into the booth and reveal their true identities. They show the people that Macho 99 was just sugar water with green food coloring, and that it was all a scam. O'Flanagan and Madame Shushan try to escape, but they were caught by the police.

In the end, the Cleveland's Angels were hailed as heroes for exposing the scam and helping people recover their lost money. They even received a cash reward from the government for their efforts.
